not at all crazy fashion week promo idea
sometimes, when I’m internetting, or working, I’ll put on full frontal fashion marthons. It’s most excellent background tv. There’s no dialog to distract you, but there’s something pretty to look at when you’re staring off into space. And the soundtrack is impeccable. I will confess, I stopped working to google like crazy for information about the songs from the Anne Klein show.
Seriously! I was all hot and bothered for track titles, but the first several pages of results are mostly useless. I had to get back to work.
Full frontal fashion, or some Fashion Week sponsor (shout-out to Mercedes Benz!) should put out a commemorative Double CD Compilation set of music from the runways. All the better if they could deliver package-deal MP3 bundles.
I know that putting out a various artists CD can mean for complicated clearances, But I should think it would be worth it for everyone involved. Share the music, People! Maybe one of those well connected fashion week types will put that song in a commercial! Oh, IMG… Please convince some corporate partner that this is a brilliant idea. My ears beseech you!
If I saw a promo for that while watching full frontal fashion, I’d buy one.
